AFTER CARE

The aim of the project is to help strengthen and improve governance capacities and take-up of public immigration services, related territorial services and the informal territorial resources in order to provide more appropriate and integrated network responses. It also wants to encourage the strengthening of the human resources of social welfare services in order to overcome responses related to the logic of emergency for situations of need of third-country nationals outside the reception pathways, with particular attention to single-parent households and households with children in distress.

The project will lead to the definition of replicable models, which outline shared modalities between the territorial areas of the Provinces of Monza Brianza and Lecco.
