The MIND THE GAP project aims to address the need of young people (aged 16-29 years) to express their psycho-emotional difficulties during the transition period from school to the world of work and to receive appropriate support. In this way, it aims to raise awareness of the de-stigmatization of young people’s mental and emotional needs.
In addition, the project provides professionals working with youth with new tools to acquire knowledge and skills to effectively recognize and address the psycho-emotional well-being of youth during the school-to-work transition.
In this project, partners will produce a Report on the needs of young people and professionals in Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Poland; a Toolkit aimed at professionals with resources for addressing the emotional and mental health of young people; and an international campaign on the psycho-emotional needs of young people in the school-to-work transition.
The “Mind the Gap” project is co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Program. The project is implemented in 5 countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland and Slovenia) by a Consortium of 8 partner organizations. The project started in December 2023 and will end in November 2025.

Convert your future project aims to provide qualitative educational methodologies, approaches and resources to adult educators in order to improve the teaching and learning process of adult learners, especially the ones with fewer opportunities, fostering inclusion and development of 21st century skills needed to (re)adapt and (re)integrate into the fast changing labor market. Through our project we intend to tackle an emergent issue mostly caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions which caused massive unemployment and change in the dynamic of the requested professions in the labour market.

In this project we will create a theoretical and practical hybrid course (online and offline) and practical hands-on learning activities as a support for adult educators to train the adults learners at risk of social and economic exclusion, in  order for them to acquire, develop and improve transferable skills in the current labour market.

“Professional reconversion to ensure a better professional future – Convert Your Future” project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The project is implemented in 5 countries (Spain, Greece, Slovakia, France and Italy) by a Consortium made of 6 partner organizations. The project started on December 2022 and it lasts end of November 2024.

“Like Father Like Son – Parental education and augmented reality to prevent bullying among children” project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The project is implemented in 6 countries (Croatia, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Netherlands, Italy) by a Consortium made of 7 partner organizations. The project started on February 15 2022 and it lasts until February 14 2024.

Previous research in 5 partner countries (Croatia, Cyprus, Spain, Greece and Italy) has shown that parents of children aged 10 to 15 need to acquire more information and skills in order to deal with violence among children, peer violence and all forms of discrimination. Furthermore, the research also revealed that digitally empowering parents and giving them tools to talk to their children about the above-mentioned issues could prove to be very beneficial in strengthening the bond between parents and children.

In this context, the ‘Like Father Like Son’ project aims to equip parents and guardians of children (10-15 years old) with knowledge and tools, such as educational program and an augmented reality educational game, to support them deal with such issues and contribute in the prevention of bullying and children violence.

INTERACTIVE GOALS aims to support mainstream education for teaching sustainable development goals (SDGs) by empowering schools to use augmented reality (AR) techniques in their educational practices thus developing, creating and implementing innovative SDG classrooms.

The objectives of the project are:
– To create a strong partnership that is based on learning from each other, that strengthens the capacity of involved partner organisations and their local, national and international networks;
– To create opportunities for involved partner organizations and professionals to develop themselves as supporters and creators of the innovative learning processes for young people by using AR techniques;
– To develop two project results that support mainstream education for teaching SDGs in an interactive and engaging manner involving digital tools that are open and accessible for schools, teachers and other stakeholders;
– To design and facilitate one Learning Mobility to equip and empower involved professionals with self-confidence and needed competences to innovate their practices

The project dating 01.12.2021 to 30.11.2023 is implemented by six partners.

Lessons from the less heard project aims to improve the competence of cultural organisations to promote social inclusion of ethnic minorities and social cohesion within communities, and create relatable cultural products as well as concrete experiences of inclusion for ethnic minorities.

It involves a strategic partnership consisting of four partners: Green Cultural and Educational Centre Visio (Finland), Norrbotten Museum (Sweden), Art27 (Belgium) and CCB (Italy).

This project strongly relies on participatory methods: minorities will share knowledge and skills, or create products and events on their own culture and heritage. This facilitates intercultural dialogue; it supports the incurrence of the positive curiosity and interest towards one another, thus creating fertile ground for developing sense of belonging and social inclusion.

Within the project, the participatory methods will be conceptualised and repacked into a form of a video series – recipes for inclusive culture.

Activities in Italy consists in laboratories with the participation of migrants and local community of Agliate for the organisation of the “Befana sul Lambro” event on the 5^th of January by the Commissione Cultura Alternativa (CCA).

Embracing uncertAinty wHile fighting for sustainable development

EarTH stands for Embrace Uncertainty while fighting for sustainable development. It is to support secondary schools in Europe to face the Green Transition while promoting a STEM subject and active pedagogies. EArTH is a Cooperation partnership project that is planned to last over 24 months, starting from the 1st December 2021, by putting together 6 partners from 6 European Countries.

Main goals are to Provide an innovative methodology and “ready to use” learning material to support secondary schools in Europe to face the challenges set by Climate Change and Education to Sustainability; to Make the best use of active pedagogies such as inquiry-based learning and project-based learning to promote science and circular economy while working on individual school subject, to teach collaboration, problem solving and cope with uncertainty competences while engaging students in circular economy challenges and real life; to Integrate in school curriculum challenges related to circular economy to make engage the students and the importance that STEM subjects play in the environmental regeneration.

“Digital Inclusion for Older People – intergenerational synergies for the active participation in society”

The purpose of the DIGITOL project is to contribute to the promotion of EU common values among older citizens at a European level, by employing innovative intergenerational educational practices and training opportunities to combat the effect and the spread of fake-news.

The project will contribute in combating forms of discrimination that are driven by xenophobia, populism, and homophobia, by increasing awareness among older adults and training them for the identification and evaluation of fake news, with the goal to filter them out and not spread them further.

The project involves 5 countries: Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece and Belgium.

EPI The European Pact for Integration project aims to get out of an emergency logic to upgrade quality of existing pro-migrants inclusion local strategies.

It does so through the experimentation of a comprehensive set of actions that leading to the definition and implementation of Strategies for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals in 7 European cities (Cluj, Cartagena, Ravenna, Linkoping, Dietzenbach, Riga, Lublin).

YSD project aims to support young people (16-21 y.o.) through a civic education and engagement approach fostering their competences and offering them the opportunity to experience a real participation in local decision-making to rethink their cities and public spaces towards healthier streets, revitalised buildings and more resilient neighbourhoods.

YSD follows the methods of service design applied to the public sector. In particular, the approach takes inspiration by an experimental learning for social innovation to help unemployed and NEETs young people.

YSD is a “European Youth Together” project and it involves 6 countries: Italy, Greece, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Finland. In each country, one partner youth organization liaises with one Municipality, which is the local site for experimentation of YSD actvities.

ECCIPA project aims to contribute to implement more responsive services for the integration of third-country nationals in the cities.

It does so through the co-design and delivery of an innovative and comprehensive VET programme empowering civil servants working in those departments involved in welcome and support services to migrants in three European territories: County of Offenbach (Germany), City of Ravenna (Italy), City of Cartagena (Spain).

Findings from the training programme lead to the definition and implementation of Local Strategies for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals. While the “ECCIPA Manifesto” is a practical guide drafted by project partners for European cities to upgrade the competences of their staff in order to activate the appropriate strategies to integrate TCNs in society.
