Convert your future project aims to provide qualitative educational methodologies, approaches and resources to adult educators in order to improve the teaching and learning process of adult learners, especially the ones with fewer opportunities, fostering inclusion and development of 21st century skills needed to (re)adapt and (re)integrate into the fast-changing labor market.
The objectives of the project are:
- To assist adult educators and adult educational centres in their efforts to train, guide, and counsel adult learners on employment issues;
- To provide adult educators with the necessary knowledge about current labour market changes and the competencies required by employees;
- To upskill adult learners to foster their professional reconversion and insertion in the labour market.
To achieve its objectives, the project has foreseen the development of the following results:
- Online course – Skills for professional conversion, which includes an e-book with training material for the development of labour-market-relevant transversal skills, a presentation, and a self-assessment tool for each transversal skills of the e-book.
- Hands-on learning activities booklet, containing guidelines for designing and implementing hands-on learning activities to assist educators in their work with low-skilled adults, with the goal of developing those individuals’ transferable skills.
The project dating 01.12.2022 to 30.11.2024 is implemented by six partners.
